First Penance and First Holy Eucharist

Children preparing for the Sacraments of First Penance and First Holy Communion are required to attend 1st and 2nd grade classes in Saint Katharine Drexel’s Faith Formation program or be enrolled as a student at Saint Joseph School. Attendance of Sacramental Preparation classes at either Saint Katharine Drexel’s Faith Formation program or Saint Joseph School is mandatory. Students from our parish who attend Saint Joseph School will receive these sacraments with the Faith Formation students at Saint Katharine Drexel Church.

Confirmation

Students preparing to receive the Sacrament of Confirmation are required to attend 7th and 8th grade classes in either Saint Katharine Drexel’s Faith Formation program or be enrolled as a student at Saint Joseph School. Confirmation dates are determined by the Diocese of Harrisburg.  Students from Saint Katharine Drexel Church who attend Saint Joseph School will receive the Sacrament of Confirmation with the Faith Formation students at Saint Katharine Drexel Church.
