Confirmation
Students preparing to receive the Sacrament of Confirmation are required to attend 7th and 8th grade classes in either Saint Katharine Drexel’s Faith Formation program or be enrolled as a student at Saint Joseph School.
Confirmation dates are determined by the Diocese of Harrisburg.
Students from Saint Katharine Drexel Church who attend Saint Joseph School will receive the Sacrament of Confirmation with the Faith Formation students at Saint Katharine Drexel Church.

August 28, 2022 – General Parent Meeting
December 4, 2022 – Baptismal Certificate Due
February 11, 2023 – Confirmation Retreat
March 5, 2023 – Due: Letter to Father Ken Smith, Letter to Bishop Ronald Gainer, Confirmation Sponsor Form
April 2, 2023 – Service Hours and Spiritual Exercises Due
April 16, 2023 – 2 p.m. – Confirmation Interviews and Confessions
April 23, 2023 – 2 p.m. – Confirmation Rehearsal at Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, 310 Hertzler Road, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055
May 3, 2023 – 6:30 p.m. – Confirmation Ceremony at Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, 310 Hertzler Road, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055; Students are to arrive at STEAS by 5:15 p.m.; Sponsors are to arrive at STEAS by 6:00 p.m.
