Property And Maintenance - The Property and Maintenance Committee is a team of volunteers who provide assistance to the Pastor in his responsibility to maintain the parish property in accordance with its designed and intended use, including the maintenance of the facilities and grounds, to provide a safe, functional, attractive environment to conduct religious and approved social activities. All work is accomplished in the most economical and prudent manner, working within the prescribed budget. The committee was established in June 2005 and currently consists of 12 parishioners.

What We Do:

• Trouble-shoot problems in the parish buildings (church, social hall, parish center, and rectory)
• Arrange for and oversee work performed by contractors and inspect the final product to assure that specifications are met and the quality is acceptable
• Perform repair activities that are within the scope and talent available among the committee members
• Review contract proposals for sub-contracted services, such as HVAC maintenance, cleaning of buildings, lawn treatment, and snow and ice treatment
• Provide input to the Parish Finance Committee for the annual budget

The Property and Maintenance Committee meets once a month on a Tuesday evening. Meetings generally last approximately two hours.
